[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good Dvd player at a great price. I really like the all regions capability as well as the easy to use menu to select photos, music, movies and premium streaming programs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BP350 is a good unit that has more than just the basics but is nothing fancy. It's one main feature is it has wi-fi capabilities but not all tv are compatible. I have a Samsung UN32J flat screen and it will not recognize this unit as a wi-fi unit.
Otherwise, a good player.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NEVER STOPS "READING" DISC, THEN EJECTS

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. TRIED SEVERAL DVD'S - BLU-RAY AND NON BLU-RAY, OLD AND NEW. DOESN'T WORK. OH - AND IF YOU DON'T OWN A COMPUTER, NO OWNER'S MANUAL FOR YOU!!! LAZY CHEAPSKATES. THESE MANUFACTURERS INCREASINGLY JUST KEEP CHEAPING OUT. MY OLD LG DVD PLAYER LASTED FOR YEARS WITH HEAVY USE. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS PIECE OF JUNK EVEN 1 STAR IS BECAUSE IT POWERS UP. THAT'S ALL IT DOES.

We purchased this about a month ago and have had nothing but issues. We bought this for the ability to stream Netflix and YouTube. Freezes constantly or won't connect to the internet at all. Will never purchase an LG product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first blu-ray player. It makes DVD look better but will not remember the stop points of multiple DVDs, only BDs. The remote is a little smaller than I like but it works fine. LGs customer service is very responsive in addressing any issues or questions.
