Constantly needs resetting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BP350 is easy to use, and provides good quality viewing of DVDs and BlueRay discs. The most challenging aspect of the BP350 is the wifi connection/streaming performance. For some reason we experience connection and wifi play poor performance quite often. We've eliminated the wifi service and wifi network as the problem. Every couple of days we need to unplug the BP350 from the power source, and plug it back in to reset/reboot the BP350. The unit seems to work fine after that for a day or so, and then it begins to have problems again and we repeat the process.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good player but software needs some improvements.

The only problem is that it will not remember your WiFi password and if it loses internet a message will pop up without a close button when you are watching dvds and Blu Rays telling you to check your internet connection. Because of this I give it four stars. If it didn't have software issues I would give it five.

Not Worth It in the slightest

If I had not thrown out the box and receipt it would have been returned the very next day to the store. The apps slag and freeze. The on/off button doesn't function as it should and a button popped out of the remote that I can't find anywhere. The quality isn't even at a level of functioning. Highly aggravated and disappointed in the LG Brand

Awful product. Screen locks up constantly. Have to unplug power cord to reset. Won't stay connected to wifi. LG should be embarrased for selling this product. Their customer service is of no help. Do not buy this pruduct.
