[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed this purchase for just over two months. No problems to date. It did take a little learning curve to get familiar with the menuing system and remote. The inputs/outputs have met all of my needs for interfacing with other devices and accessing the TV as a monitor from numerous devices. (The LG mobile app is somewhat cumbersome to use and can be improved) General TV setup was easy, with the exception that entering data was a little challenging (setting up the account and entering U/Ns, SSIDs, passwords etc). I was pleased that my BT keyboard and mouse quickly paired with the TV and made that process much easier. Hopefully, I am looking at years of reliable service. I believe it was a good value for the money and I am happy with the purchase decision.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ive have this tv since 2015 and absolutely love it. The tv has great picture , its easy to use, and is very snappy. it did not have 3D which I already knew when I purchased it. It does come with the new magic remote. I wish it had backlighting but it does not. my over all experience with this tv is great. I do recommend it to others. I would also like to add in the fact that I like the design that throws the sound forward. the speakers are down firing and under neith them is hollowed out which throws the sound toward you.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good TV with a good picture, but adjusting the settings took weeks and I still don't know if I have the best picture I can get. First, the owner's manual and instructions are worthless. The instructions are general, not specific to the model of this TV. They aren't clear and don' t explain a thing. Regarding the settings, you'd have to be a video technology expert to know what each setting does. Even the tint adjustment is hard to understand. It's not the normal "move a slider along a color line." In addition, the silly "Magic Wand" remote is nearly impossible to control. Again, the instructions for the remote were minimal and not very helpful. This TV does offer a lot of features, however, and if you're a video technology expert with a PhD in electronics, this could be the TV for you.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv in November of 2015. What can I say but this tv is awesome. This is my second LG, I put the old one in my bedroom and it is also a smart tv. I will continue to buy LG tvs and other products, very happy.
