Great Headphones!

Fantastic headphones for watching TV in silence! Now my wife can go to bed & not have to listen to the TV downstairs.
Instructions were easy to follow, setup was simple...charge for 16 hours, plug into source & enjoy. Sound was great, some others complained about ergonomic button placement and volume increments...blah blah. No issues here, I’m thoroughly impressed with the sound quality. Bass boost - great. Simulated Surround - Good(it’ll never be like a true home theater).
All in all, worth the price paid for sound quality, comfort, and the ability to go get a beer from the fridge without missing a sound!!

We have two sets of these. I purchased a set last year for my husband and another set for me this year. I like the fact that other people can watch at the same time and have the volume at a different level. I purchased the second set as our grandson lives with us and he can do his homework and the tv doesn’t bother him. We also have a hearing impaired grandson so when he is here he will be able to use them and not have to sit close to the tv to hear it

amazing quality at excellent price

i was looking for a good quality headphone compatible with home theater system and other devices in my network. i was wrong to thinking a bluetooth headphone will work. of course it possible to pairing a cellphone or tablet to the t.v. and the soundbar and using the headphone. but not working to using the headphone for watching t.v. or blu ray player. i returned the headphone bose,model soundlink ae2. at the counter of costumer service she told 2 brand make this kind of headphone: sennheiser and sony. returning home i make my investigation on line. after i saw the specification of this sennheiser rs175 and see this very good price in special, i returned the next day to buy it. i totally agree with those saying the sound is exceptional. it the connectivity,i like to tell. in the initial charging battery is very long, but after that the recharging is continous when the headphone return to is transmitter. the best connection is a optical cable provide in the box. but i use a higher quality cable i had making the sound ever better.the headphone is completly wireless. the transmitter have the port for plungin with electricity. most of the t.v. have a port of optical. from the transmiter they are another port analog cable to connect the laptop or av receiver. the headphone have all the control we need: the volume, adjustment of surround sound and bass, and the button for on and off. when we use the headphone we put the volume of the t.v. or soundbar in mute position.even at regular price it a must to have. regular price is $380. till december 5 th it $260. at best buy. go for it before it sold out.late evening the neighbor will appreciate it.

Wireless works great

Bought these mostly from the name, I needed to setup a wireless headphones option for the TV so not to disturb family at night. I also liked the ability to add a second headphone option, which I have done, and was very easy to do.
Sound quality is decent, and the ability to swap out the AAA batteries should you run out of battery power for a marathon use is an easy option, the earphone cup simply rotates and pops off to expose the rechargeable batteries.
my only complaint is they are not the most comfortable but are not the worst either. I am comparing to my Bose Quiet Comfort headphones.
