I have been reading on ratings and Everyone says it's bad.I see nothing wrong with it except when you want to text the letters on the first row on the slider,it types a different one due to the letter are to close.Otherwise it's a GREAT phone.
i have not had this for even a day but decided to write one. Comes with no usb cable to hook up to the computer great phone structure and quite a unique track pad that works quite well. will write later. downgrading from an iphone 4
I got this phone after I tried a smart phone. This phone has all the options I like with the smart phone and is very user friendly. Great battery life. Easy to Use. Nice features and excellent call tone. Everything I want and nothing I don.t.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, user firndly, great battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would Love PC Studio Support

So far I like this phone very much. Battery life is good. Feature set is good as is the overall design. The call quality seems very good. My only disappointment is that Samsung has yet to support this phone with it's PC Studio. It seems as though they should because they support the Smiley phone and this is a newer and more powerful model. It also has a PC Studio mode for USB. Go figure. I was disappointed that T-Mobile claimed this phone synced easily with Outlook when in fact it does not. I had to purchase Data Pilot 7 for Windows in order to transfer my Outlook info. This interface does not sync easily though. Overall a good phone and great if you do not want to sync your Outlook calendar.
Pros: Inexpensive, many features, good call quality
Cons: Did not meet expectations, does not sync easily (if at all) with outlook
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gravity TXT OK but Not customizable enough

The phone just came in the mail and overall first impression is: this is a good phone for what I want. My complaint is that the shortcuts are so limited. The phone offers 4 shortcuts; messaging, media social and web. I don't want to use the internet on my phone. If I wanted to pay for web access I would have purchased a phone that had more to offer in that department. I also have no use for anything on the list for social for the same reason. I don't want to pay to access the internet so I don't want to use facebook on my phone. The phone however will not let me use either shortcut for anything besides a few things. Two of my potential shortcuts are wasted when I can think of several things I would like to put in there.
