I need to know how to get mine money back o replace the irón because in less of two weeks my iron is defected o somenting wrong because no heat , no steam I discomfort

This product has poor ironing performance.

I purchased this iron last week and am extremely disappointed. It does not glide over fabrics well at all. In fact, the majority of the time it will pull the fabric with it as you iron. I have never had a problem such as this and will have to replace it

No on/off button!

This iron has no on/off switch. Therefore, when you plug it in or unplug it, your electrical outlet will spark. If you set the iron to "0" the iron is still on and the next day, the handle is warm because the light on the iron blinks constantly. This iron is dangerous and should be recalled. The iron is good to heat up to maximum temp in about a minute or two though.

The Teflon sole plate sticks to clothes.

No matter whether we use steam or dry heat, high temperature settings or low, it is very difficult to iron with this model. It actually creates as many wrinkles as it removes. I've looked on the web for a way to solve this problem but found no answers. There is no buildup on the sole plate -- it is perfectly clean and smooth. Anybody have any suggestions for solving this problem?
Also, the auto shut-off engages too quickly.

Too many languages - and only 2 diagrams/function locations........
Few lines in English - NO DIAGRAM IN ENGLISH.

The First Impressions® Cord Reel® Iron by Black & Decker really does live up to it's name. It made a REAL GOOD first impression. My clothes look so much more crisper than other irons that I have used in the past. Honestly, I look forward to ironing my clothes whenever I get the chance to. It really does make it seem like you had a professional to iron your clothes. I love it. I find no fault with it. I recommend this iron to anyone 10 times over. This iron will beat any other iron you have currently or in the past.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Black & Decker First Impressions - poor quality!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of blackanddeckerappliances] I'm not impressed with the poor quality and lack of customer service. I've had this iron, use it approximately 1x/week. My last iron was my mothers hand me down. I should've kept it - old but still worked. This Black & Decker was chosen for the name and I'm so disappointed. The button broke off within a month!!
