Even the lightest mode its gonna burn the bread. Why would someone let this product go to the market??? I should read the comments before I purchase.

The electrical cord is too short. And it keeps burning one side while the other side's toasted light. It's on the lightest setting and it keeps burning only one side. I have to cancel half way. Annoying.

Not happy, it’s going back...doesn’t toast the bread evenly. One side is dark while the other is light. It’s going back!

Works fine , toasting is 90% accurate you need to figure out what level of toasting you prefer but generally good quality of fabrication

Got this toaster as many other models were sold out.... Plugged it in - what a strong TOXIC smell. Is this a toaster or some killing / poisoning machine? Will be returning it. Hamilton Beach products are to be used on a beach only!

Not a good toaster

Bought this on Boxing Week sale. Have used it for a few days, and the quality is pretty terrible. It also doesn't toast the bread well. It takes a long time, and once it finishes the toast isn't hot, just warm/luke warm, which I've never experienced with another toaster before. I recommend avoiding this one.
