manual needs improving

Camera takes outstanding pictures but the manual that came with the camera is not at all up to the cameras standards. and some of the software would not load on windows 7. I rate the camera a 9 and the manual and software a 4.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: manual & camera software

This camera can be hooked up to a wireless network and you can view anything that is going on in the outside world on your cell phone! A nice feature to have to prevent vandalism.

I wasn't sure what to expect

This is probably the best camera I have ever bought, it is a big camera in a small package. I am not a good photographer and I've always had difficulty getting decent pictures indoors with or without a flash. Well, this camera solved that problem, I got a great picture with my first shot in auto mode. There are so many modes, settings and variables to suit just about any situation I would think. However, your photography can be simple or sophisticated depending upon your personal preference.
FYI the flash head is located on the top left of the camera right where you would have your left fore finger when shooting. Because of this the head does not pop up by itself, instead it pops up by manually pressing a button. I thought this might be bothersome, but it really isn't as there is enough room to hold the camera normally when the flash is open.
