Returned the item due to my ipads quality of picture were greater.

How not to market a product

The camera comes without any memory so you cannot practice with it to learn its features until you order memory. I also ordered two backup batteries using the specified proper batteries. These Samsung batteries having the correct designation would not fit into the camera. I had to return the batteries. This is not the way to create a happy consumer.
The camera came without any instructions. I finally found some instructions online and I had to download 172 page document that made little sense to me and was not useful.
After my great experience with Samsung smart televisions I cannot believe my camera experience was with the same company.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, very user unfriendly camera package!

another failure with Samsung manuals

I have a Samsung cellphone, laptop, and camera. All three have horribly written PDF manuals--the manuals are meant for someone who is already expert with the cellphone, laptop, or camera. This is the last Samsung product I will ever buy. I'm sure this is a good camera, but when the manual has no basic, step-by-step instructions, who knows? Example: How to set up PC Auto Backup. "Connect camera to computer with USB cord. Turn camera on. A dialogue box will pop up and the program will begin to install." WRONG. Anytime I connect the camera to my laptop, then turn the camera on (I've tried every mode), I get a pop up showing the camera as a "connected device" with two folders.
Cons: pdf manual isn't written for beginners.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No included instruction manual is unbelievable! Had I noticed this before I purchased the camera i probably would not have bought it. Too many other good cameras on the market have these complete manuals included to help customers utilize the unique features they contain.
THIS IS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT TO ME AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAMERA TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF A SIMPLE ITEM WHICH WOULD MAKE USING THIS OTHERWISE WELL DESIGNED CAMERA EASIER TO NAVIGATE AND USE.
I cannot even buy one as an accessory! RIDICULOUS!

It is unrealistic to expect customers to download most or all of the manual instructions from the website.

The camera did not perform as advertised. I bought it to be able to transfer photos to my iPhone. My camera & phone just plain refused to work.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Pros: just got this camera today,my first smart camera. Love the wifi for emailing right off the camera. Wow! the Direct link is another big plus, you can take pictures and have it on both the camera and ipad at the same time, love that feature. Like I said I just got it today, so there's a lot more exploring to do.
Cons: I chose the color blue, it looks dark blue online and that's my favorite color. I was a little disappointed when I took it out of the box, it's actually a dull light blue. Other than that I give it a thumbs up!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, wifi, direct link, clear photos, 21x zoom
Cons: dull blue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Trying to run a new device

I found the camera's operations to be complicated that I have arranged for a class on its operations. The owner's manual is almost useless and it does not address in any way how to use it well with a computer. Unless one is very familiar with computers, I would be reluctant to recommend this unit.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, difficult to understand operations.
