This camera is by far the best. There's nothing u can't do on it that u can't do on a smart phone, except make a phone call. Well you could. But I love samsung products, i have a iPhone and I hate it. Going back to samsung asap. I own a other samsung product and can't complain. I got my 3yr old daughter the 7" tablet and it handles her abuse.
Exciting, beautiful pictures - just two little 'things' that detract....

I am THRILLED that Samsung made my dream come true - a GREAT camera with a tablet inside! SOOOOOOOO tired of having a great tablet with a so-so camera (apologies to my Galaxy Note 8). While I'm having fun with this, there are two (what I consider) GLARING problems with the hands-on functions of this unit. #1 FLASH PLACEMENT/OPERATION!!!! ARGH!!! Really?? A return to the archaic? Not only is this flash unit placed DIRECTLY under my left hand finger holding the camera, but even if I leave it flipped up all the time (and it's flimsy - I keep thinking it will break off!), I have to tell the camera to use the flash - and I'll be darned if I've found a setting for fill flash (which I almost always use when shooting in sunlight to chase away the horrible shadows!)... Even though I've only had it a few days, I'm beginning to consider returning just on the basis of this flaw (my perception) - #2 REAR SCREEN - yes, YES!! I LOVE the touch screen, and it's size is impressive - but I've inadvertently 'adjusted' settings while using the camera because the touch screen is operational ALL the way to the edges - ok, now; taking into consideration that I started in photography in the dark ages (film, darkroom, manual setting my ONLY choice back then - 1970's era) - I got over those clunky camera looooon ago! I switched to PHD/point-and-shoot with ease when my children were small - but now with a granddaughter - I'd like to regain the quality of my old, 'Pro' pics- and I adore the trial pics with this unit, BUT.... is it me, or is it just a little aggravating to have everything all-set-to-shoot: and one accidental touch to the very, very edge of the screen WIPES OUT everything?? Maybe it's just my hand...... PS: even with screen brightness turned all the way up, having difficulty viewing in full sun....
I like the menu, it is clear and easy to use. All the functions easy to access. I like that I can edit photos quickly and easily and share them. I still have a lot to learn but am enjoying the process.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: white
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this camera. I came fro the first generation to the 2nd one and they took everything I loved about the first one, and brought it over to the 2nd one. I love the professional results I can get without the professional knowledge. It is by far the best point-and-shoot camera I have ever used. Would recommend to anyone wanting amazing pictures with little effort.

This camera works really well. The photos that it takes have been excellent- indoors, outdoors, with and without the flash. The videos come out really good too. It takes a 64 gig micro sd card, giving it tons of storage. The fact that it includes 50 gig of storage on dropbox is great. Unfortunately, it is just for one year. I have the camera set to automatically upload everything to dropbox, so all photos and videos automatically appear on my computer. The camera uses the Android operating system, similar to that on many phones. If you are familiar with this OS, it will help. If you are new to Android, you might not use this major feature that much, or you might have to learn a bit about how to use it. I don't use many of the included apps or those that can be downloaded (music player, facebook, web, etc.). I use apps extensively on my phone, and I don't need most of them here. Their availability might be a great plus for some folks. I have to re-emphasize that the dropbox feature is invaluable. You can also email photos from the phone, post to facebook and twitter, etc. You can Bluetooth photos to other phones or to tablets or computers. It also has NFC. The display is large, bright, and crisp. The pop-up flash is a little flimsy, but not a problem if you are careful with it. The camera has many, many special settings- burst mode, panorama, best face, timer, etc. These are great. Thankfully, you can set the camera to show you a smaller menu of just the ones you will use most often. It also has a manual mode, with settings that experts will like. Most of the time, I use auto mode, and it does just fine. The battery lasts a long time. The charging cable is too short, but I just use the standard one from my phone. The zoom is 21x, optical. The camera has 16 megapixels. Photos come out great, even when cropped or enlarged. This is an excellent camera, especially if you use dropbox or want access to the apps.
Love this product is a great camera high quality the picture love this camera
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

We really love the camera. Mostly because of large screen to view by. All the things you can do are great, such as being able to go online at home or near a WI_FI. *The only thing I dislike is the fact that you cannot go online away from home. The 1st version allowed a card to get you to the internet outside, but that was eliminated with this 2nd version. Otherwise it's great.
