Flexible Power

I ordered four Boulder 15 solar panels directly from Goal Zero to use as a power supply while camping, power outages and remote power needs. While the price for these was certainly a motivating factor, the flexibility of four smaller panels as opposed to two Boulder 30's was my main goal (no pun intended). I don't always need a full 60 watts of power if I'm interested in only keeping a phone, tablet or laptop charged and these give me the options to use 15, 30, 45 or 60 watts depending on my needs. And the pigtail cables make chaining as many as necessary very easily. Goal Zero has made genuine power production truly mobile. Thanks GZ!

i had bought several of these towards the beginning of 2013 and have a set of 8 (120 watts) permanently installed on the roof (half charge the yeti 150 60watts and the other half charge up a homemade battery bank) and another set of 2 (30watts) installed on my shed charging up a homemade battery bank they work great i will definitely be buying some more of these in the future for camping purposes.

I have two of these on the roof to recharge the two 150's I have, takes about 4 days of midwestern partially tree shaded sunny days to fully charge the 150. Sturdy construction, only drawback is I wish it had a longer cord (or Goal Zero sold a longer extension cord than 6 ft)

I bought 3 of these to charge my Yeti 400. They do a great job. I did need an adapter to connect it to the Yeti. They are solidly build and can handle being in the weather. I am really happy with my purchase.

RV/Camping

I use four Boulder 15 cells in series to recharge my RV battery every day while camping. I'm getting enough charge current out of it to offset the constant ~1.5 amps being drawn by the appliances, and still put about 2 amps into the battery. The strong construction made it easy to bolt the panels together using hinges. The assembly folds up for easy storage. Also, the tempered glass is strong enough to withstand being hit by a falling pinecone.

Charges our silver bullet

Love this to charge the Escape 150 (silver bullet). We daisy chain two Boulder 15's to charge and it takes a long time, even in the long summer days. It takes a lot of sun to completely charge but for the price this system is awesome! Compact, portable, reliable. Love goal zero!

I used the panel while on a month-long road trip. Mounted it inside my car on the dash and it worked great. Only downfall was how slowly it charged if it was very cloudy or stormy. Otherwise, it worked fine. Definitely recommend it.

Tha size and out put of the 2 boulder 15's is perfect. The price is a little high. Cons: The connectors are confusing and expensive. The connectors are not compatable With other devices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
