These are the very best pans I have ever owned. Bought them to replace my 38 year old set I received for my wedding gift! My old pans are still in great shape but the handles were getting worn so I ordered a new set. I was worried they would not be the same quality as my original set. I was so happy to get these new pans which are the same great quality. I LOVE them!

I had this saucepan and lid since I was married 37 years ago and I finally had to replace it with a new one because of damage I had done to the handle. The new one is exactly like the old one, just a tad smaller, but it's tried and true, dishwasher safe, and it's a brand I trust and would recommend to anyone.

In 1985, my husband & I received a set of Farberware pots & pans as a wedding gift. They have a classic look, but most importantly is the fact that they are beyond durable, if there is such a thing. They cook food evenly; no hot spots. They don't tarnish & are made so strong that we have dented one yet! We ordered the 2 quart sauce pan to replace the one we have. Someone (no pointing fingers) placed a plastic steamer in the pan and forgot about. The water cooked out, the veggies burnt, & the plastic melted & stuck to the bottom of the pan. We did the best we could, but couldn't get all of the plastic off the pan. I've recommended Farberware to many people & I won't have anything else should I outlive them, which I doubt!
