I bought this pot cause a needed the size in between the pots that i already have.. I still have all my original set when I got my 1st apartment which was in 1981! And they all look new!

This is a replacement for the same saucepan that was about 50 years old. I used it almost daily and it held up well but recently was having to tighten the handle frequently. I think I got my money's worth!

My daughter had a saucepan like this from Farberware that she received in a set when she got married over 40 years ago. She still has it and the rest of the pots and says it and they have held up beautifully. So, when I was in need of one, she suggested Farberware. We ordered it at a great price and the pot came in a few days. I am extremely happy with it and it looks great.

This saucepan was bought to replace a non stick saucepan of the same volume with a glass lid.
I like the size of this saucepan and that it has higher sides than many other 1qt saucepans.
But I didn’t realize I would miss having a glass lid. And it’s not as easy to clean as I expected. I have metal saucepans that I can just fill with water and whatever I was cooking just comes right off. Scrambled egg (which was one reason for the purchase) sticks like glue and is a pain to remove.
I have to say this saucepan doesn’t really work for my specific purposes.
