I love the upper body chi workout with the weighted ball. The motions feel really good, especially stretching the back in a way that relieves a lot of tension. There are spots where the instruction is a little confusing; for example, when doing the "Bear sees the Moon" movement, Mr Ross says to put the left foot out (16:22) and when it comes time to change sides, says put the left foot out again (17:49). It is easy enough to fix this on your own once you realize it, but it would be awesome if the narration were re-dubbed to fix errors such as this if a future re-release of the program is done.. Aside from that, I really appreciate this program and will continue to use it.
