I have a limited space in a cupboard and this fits perfectly where many other products do not. Plenty of power and very nice control panel with quick start options. I also like the door handle instead of a button. Love it and it’s much nicer than the microwave it replaced.

Our experience is that this microwave is too light and requires some type of suction cup feet in order to keep it from moving whenever you open or close the door. Programming the unit is very different from other microwaves and takes a while to learn and get used to. We are also used to some type of message when cooking is done. With this unit, after cooking, the screen only shows the time and you have to remember to open the door and take the food out. Had this unit been on display at a store when we were shopping, we would not have purchased this unit, unless the store had bolted it down to prevent gross movement when opening the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great. Have not had it long enough to rate it 5 stars. But, so far, it is doing everything I want it to do. Plus, very easy to operate, i.e., intuitive control panel. I'm not much for reading Operating Manuals, and this microwave is, as I said, very intuitive.

I've had microwaves for years and this is by far the best one I've had. The stainless interior is soooo easy to keep clean. The interior paint on all the others would start peeling after a couple of years and then became unusable. The controls are easy to use and pretty intuitive. I highly recommend this microwave!

It's attractive and powerful but it has its flaws. The microwave this replaced had a couple of features we liked better. I could put a cup of tea in and the turntable would bring the cup handle back to me every 10 seconds. So, if I selected 60 seconds, the handle would be there for me to pick up. I haven't figured this one out because it's so random. Also, the annoying beeping continues even after I open the door so I have to catch it before the timer runs out or I wake my wife. It takes two hands or a fingers and a thumb to open this because the latch is stronger than its weight. I don't hate this microwave, we're going to keep it but it could have easily been much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
