This microwave, CMW-200 does everything it says it will do: Grill, convection and microwave. The grill and convection features work well, though this is my first experience with either. It fits on my apartment counter, looks beautiful and works well. The manual needs to be really studied, however, to find the proper ways to use all the features. The price is good for the value received. I think this is a good mid-range unit for smaller area, and has features bigger Convection, or Grill microwaves may not include. I have to report that I made the best meatloaf I have ever had in this oven, on convection setting, and in less time than a conventional oven. Heats really quickly on microwave settings, powerful 1000 watts works well on everything. I did grill a leftover chicken thigh, to crisp the skin up and it did a good job. Recipe for ground beef in the moussaka recipe however, says to cook ground beef on high for 25 minutes - it was cooked to 160 degrees in ten minutes. Also, customer service does not seem to understand how this microwave works, so do your research on cooking with grill and convection recipes. They also said there are lots of recipes on the website...there are NONE for microwaves at all, certainly none for this unit. Bottom line is this is a really good, high quality microwave at this size and price, but look elsewhere for insight and recipes.

We had this same model for about 7.5 years before it started losing power so we wanted to get the same one again. Hoping this one lasts just as long if not longer! Love everything about it!

When turning on the microwave, the motor suddenly jerks on very loudly. The noise continues very loud until the end of the cycle. The stainless steel is very thin and cheap. It takes forever to defrost and much longer to warm items. It’s a pain hovering over trying not to over cook foods due to timing increments. I really expected a better product from Cuisinart. The only good thing I can say is that it has a stainless steel interior.
Everything else is a fail. I had it shipped and delivered to me. I’m 70 and can not deal with returning it. I’m so disappointed.
