I had the same model over 10 years used it every day and one day made loud noise and stop working. I call CS and ask if the same one she said yes Not the same Microwave its makes more noise it steams inside and the door has child proof lock have to press the top of the Microwave handle for it to open got it to turn off but still not easy to open wonder if will last as long.

Veey noise. The circular base with the small wheels rattles all the time. It actually sound better without the base, however, this leave no support on the perimeter of the glass dish.

I don’t actually prepare much food in this. I use it mostly for reheating because I also have a Cuisinart toaster/convection oven. I like the microwave’s stainless steel interior. This oven is weirdly loud sometimes but it doesn’t seem to affect its function. It’s easy to operate. The instruction manual is way above average for explaining the oven’s functions. I like the 30 second function on the start button. The oven is more substantial than some. It doesn’t slide all over when I open and close the door. It really does look nice in my kitchen. Overall, I’m pleased with this purchase and I bet you will be too.

I bought this microwave about a month ago to replace an old Sharp Carousel oven. I chose it for the stainless steel exterior and interior. Most online reviews ostensibly for this "microwave only" model actually referred to the "combination microwave convection" model which sells for close to the same price. So you can ignore concerns about extreme exterior heat build up from convection use, which are not a problem with the microwave only model. It comes wrapped in a barely noticeable film which must be removed before use as it covers the prominent air vents on the left side. The oven must be installed in a location that allows free air flow to these vents. There are many preset settings, all of which I have not yet explored. I mainly use it to warm up leftovers and boil a mug of water for tea.

I didn't realize this microwave was smaller and less powerful than the one we were replacing. But the worse thing is the controls are so hard to read. My husband who only wears glasses for reading has problems reading the panel even when wearing the glasses. Also really miss having the time cook option for 10 seconds for pastry etc. only option with this unit is 30 seconds or full minutes.
