The controls are much the same as on most microwaves. The microwave functions as expected and we like the appearance very much. We especially like the large handle as opposed to the push latch on our previous microwave.

So far I just use it one time, just wish it would have came with some recipes it's like you have to go online and look for the recipe your looking for, making chicken in oven today I hope it turns out.

The stainless steel microwave was a present. It is approximately the same size of my old microwave which "bit the dust" after many years of service. I may have chosen a smaller microwave if I had purchased one, but I am very happy with this one. It is easy to use and has all the functions that I need.
