I like the stainless steel, throughout. Your control pad is missing the ability to set a custom time setting. When I need to heat something for a lesser or a longer time, then what your preset buttons have, I have to stand there & make sure I shut it off at the proper time. The microwave we replaced (8 yrs old) had these ablities.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I appreciate the metal constructions on the inside and out. I have older kids don't know what it is to clean a microwave. The other ones I had were destroyed but this one holds up

Bought over a month ago and has been living up to my expectations thus far. All features have not been used yet but is great for reheating foods and defrosting. Only issue that a family member has noticed was condensation inbetween the glass in the door when reheating frozen vegetables. Clears up really quick after using again.
