After reading all the reviews that were pro and con for this microwave we decided to purchase...the reviews claiming that it was noisey,,,not with the one we purchased in fact we remarked how quiet it was when operating..........................................used for reheat,thaw and just general kichen utility,,,,,,we give five stars to the Manufacturer
