The microwave has awesome features

The microwave is really easy to use and we like the shelving in it for ease of use in heating up multiple items. I like the under lights as well as the exhaust fan for they are are a real nice added feature.

Every single LG product I have bought for my kitchen remodel has been a disgrace. Nothing is reliable. My microwave just stopped working!

We have purchased all LG appliances since remodeling. Our last purchase was the microwave. I chose model LMHM2017ST because it was rated so well on the LG website. We use our microwave all the time, so I wanted one that would hold up to constant use. I love the reheat for "last nights leftovers", as it keeps things moist, doesn't dry it out. It also goes around AND back and forth. This allows for even cooking, instead of the middle being undercooked and the sides being overcooked. Even the lights on the underside of the microwave are really bright. I also like that this model has a warming element to keep things warm! No rattles, no problems, just solid construction...worth the money.

Avoid buying this Microwave

I purchased this microwave on November 7, 2010 and had to wait over 30 days for LG to restock it. When I finally recieved it and had it installed the unit wouldn't work duee to a bad key pad. I then waited another month for door parts and it arrived with dents on the SS door. This unit gave me a bad feeling that this microwave was poorly made.
Pros: nothing good
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i have been researchimng microwaves for over a year. I kept coming back to this mircowave, for it's looks and function. i have been real impressed with everything about this product. Would highly recommend.
