[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the black stainless steel, and just love the finish. All the features are easy to figure out, so I use it all the time. I wish the door was not so dark shaded, because I can't watch the food. Not a big deal.

Fan noise is very loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this microwave for less than two weeks, and used it twice. Not much less than we used the replaced microwave but my wife and I both agree the fan is way too loud. There seems to be no difference in the noise level between the four speeds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
