Cool looking microwave

We fell for this microwave when we saw it had the extended exhaust panel.
We bought this microwave to install in a newly remodeled kitchen.
It looks great and performs excellent. I like the soften feature. It works great when you want to soften frozen ice cream,
My only complaint is I wish the controls were illuminated,.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Quality

This microwave far exceeds anything I have owned in the past. It's ease of use and beautiful styling were the first attractions...the features make it an all around winner.

I haven't used the second level rack yet, but do use some larger casserole dishes. Look forward to trying muti-level cooking.
The first time we made popcorn (not pre-packaged) I was startled by the explosive power of the popping kernels. The size and texture of the kernels were amazing. We really look forward to our Sunday evening popcorn, even more so now.

I LOVE my new microwave - it's smart!

I got it about a month ago and have been using it almost daily since the ret of my kitchen was destroyed by Superstorm Sandy. It's really uncanny how the sensor control works - the oven figures out how long to cook or reheat whatever is inside. I love the sleek look with the controls on the bottom, not the side. Very pleased.

Failure to operate when 1st day installed

This product and others I have purchased since I upgraded my Kitchen to all LG have failed multiple times since I bought 3-3-2012. But this product just failed again ( 1 year and 26 days later) and I am through with LG, maybe a TV but that's it. 3 weeks on every repair and that's just not acceptable. Have fun if you purchase LG appliances. It should be LB - Life is Bad
