This is my first venture into smart phones and it has been very easy to pick up on the features and apps. I will be getting another Samsung phone when I decide to get a newer one.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight

My microphone on my cell went and my my phone was three weeks out of warranty. I can't believe they extended my warranty (at no cost to me) and I had my phone back the next week. BETTER than new! I consider Samsung Service to be the best. I don't think there's another company that would have done this. Awesome customer support as well.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

What I loved best about this phone was its size...small and compact. Even though with it's compact size, the memory is wonderful. Features galore!!!

An average Android phone. Not all apps have worked with this phone.

Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations

This is a good phone but not an excellent one. It has two major problems as far as I am concerned. The first one is the battery life is extremely short. The second problem is the lack of memory on the phone itself. It only has 1.4 GB available to put apps in. That disappears fast, and it does not have a lot reserved for functions either. If these two problems were corrected, this phone would become an excellent starter smart phone.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: not enough battery life, to little memory

Very good product for new users and everyday use

A great cell phone by a leader in the field. This model is affordable and yet provides most all that the typical user may need. A little slow and short on memory for the fanatic cell phone user , but, just fine for most everyone else. Android system is a proven operating system and the available apps are plentiful. I am using outlook with gmail integrated and it runs smoothly.
i only found one fault with the microphone. Sound output was low and muffled. I cleaned the area and used air to clean out opening. Everything seems to be 100% now. The display is bright and clear and the speakers sound as good as my large notebook's . The case size is good. Many models are growing too large for carrying around in a pocket. This one is just right and still provides a good size screen. Pricing is very competitive . Overall I consider this a good purchase.
