I've had this phone since September of last year. Pretty much have had tons of issues with the battery, just the fact when I flip the keyboard out sometimes, and it takes forever for the apps to load.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, battery life, apps load to slow, wi-fi/3g issues

This product needs an overhaul

I've had my smartphone for over a year, and have had to replace it once. The phone currently shuts down for no apparent reason, apps force-close and I wont begin to disclose the extensive delay when placing a call. I'm currently regretting ever purchasing this phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Too big, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had nothing but issues since I got it. Apps shut down for no reason, freezes, bad connections. The only good part is the battery life.
Pros: battery life
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

2 weeks and wont take a charge

This is my 2nd Stratosphere and have had problems with both. This one won't accept a charge after only 2 weeks, and not help from Verizon, just a lot of runaround.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
