I have been very happy with the phone so far.It is a great value through my carrier for a 4GLTE phone.I just wish that it was a little slimmer.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: Too big

The performance and features are strong. All my apps run fast. Pages load quickly, esp with LTE enabled. The battery drain on LTE is not great but the extra battery setup is a great deal and well worth it for those that are on the go all the time. Overall this is a great value!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

Good phone, bad network connection

This is my first smart phone. My big problem with this phone is it frequently won't connect with the 3G/4G network. Without available wifi I wouldn't be able to use email or the Internet. The phone is thick and heavy. This is to be somewhat expected with a slider keyboard. I don't know about other Android phones, but this one doesn't give notification of receipt of a text or email. I found an app called noLED which does what I think the phone should do without having to use an app.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: Too big

Phone offers a lot of options for those of us who use a smartphone for professional and personal purposes.

* Keep getting multiple copies of emails and have to constantly uninstall and reinstall email account to stop this from happening.
* Can't send any emails.
* Screen keeps going blank when you try to hang up after completing a call.

Fragile Screen

The screen could use a better design to protect the screen from accidents. Phone was softly tapped and cracked, making the phone useless. overall the phone was good when it was working.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations, fragile, buit in speaker isn't loud, battery life

I switched to this phone from samsung reality, much bigger screen and lots of better features.
the only bad thing abt it is sometimes the device is very slow you wuld tap and icon and it takes more than 30 sec to open the icon
at one point i lost 3g and couldnt get it back verizion culdnt even fix it had to master reset it then i droped it and cracked the screen, however samsung is replacing the screen for me which is better than what vzwireless wuld do
