Excellent phone, when i first gave it to my Girl she was Breathless and was jumping up and down with joy, glad a phone can do this for my Family

To me this is the worst phone I have owned. I push letters on the keyboard and the screen goes somewhere else (like the internet when I'm not on the internet) rather then what I'm spelling. When I do go to the internet I get "no internet connection" even when I'm home with wifi. It takes forever to get anywhere on the internet, it just keeps "spinning". If I need to find something I have my husband look on his 3G phone, it's more reliable then mine. I would be really upset if I needed to count on it in an emergency because I know it would be no help at all.
I'm stuck with it for another year and ahalf. I would never get another one. Not to mention trying to get it to sync to my new car bluetooth and couldn't get any help from anyone including my carrier, the dealership, or anyone else and they all physically got into my car to try. The whole thing has been very frustrating.

My only complaint on this phone is the battery life. If you really USE your phone for things like talking on the phone or texting, you will have to charge it once or twice a day. When I really use it, I'm charging twice.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: battery life

The phone is good....but the feature I really loved with my Droid was that if i received a message (Email or Text) a light on the front of my phone would flash until i cleared that message. This phone does not have this feature. The only way i would know i had a message is if i hear it or check it.

Following instructions in detail for the physical device keyboard to enable XT9 and autospell correction, and it flat out doesn't work. All model phones at Verizon outlets ALSO DO NOT WORK. This offsets the main reason one would pick this phone as it is one of the very rare 4G phones that have a physical slideout keyboard... And yet that is the ONLY place where the autospell does not work..
A fix for this bug would notch this phone up to 5 stars immediately in my opinion.
