Perfect for a first smartphone!

This phone was great for me as a first smartphone. It's easy to use and it has a keyboard if you're not used to a virtual one like me. The 4G is fast and the phone is pretty light for a keyboard phone. I do have to say that, after using it for some time, it starts to get a little sluggish in performance.
Pros: Bright display, 4g

Not woth the money

The Phone is a battery sucking unit. I do not use the phone to its complete capabilities and still the battery can not keep up. Then there are just the general issues that no one can diagnose and fix.
Pros: Lightweight, slide out keyboard
Cons: battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have a love and hate relationship!

I love this phone... when I was first getting it and they were setting it up for me, the very first time it just hung in the middle for about 10 minutes until things started beeping and we couldn't get it to stop. They removed the battery finally because nothing else would respond. After that it went through the set up ok... a few days later I had to do a hard reset on my own, just after I had everything set as I wanted it. The phone is great, does everything I want it to do. Unfortunately it still has some kind of mysterious bug! When I shut down or do a restart, my files come back as though I had never organized and then I still get this beeping when it is trying to restart... still wondering if I have a lemon...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Call Issues

I have noticed that when a voice mail comes in, if I try to dial back it blacks out the screen but continues dialing. Calls seem to be a problem with this phone. I go to dial someone from my recent calls and then it dials someone else but won't let me hang, I've been embarrassed a few times. Overall, the other apps for this phone are great.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: call issues

Wasn't to thrilled with Device

I have had my phone for almost a month now, and i have been having issues with it. Whether it be the device shutting off on me after sliding the keyboard shut, the data being used while Wi-Fi is on, keyboard somehow would take me to home screen out of no where. I tried various things, from taking out the battery and keeping it out for about 10 mins. to resetting phone back to manufacturers settings. All in all, i was disappointed with my device.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Fix the battery charging, please!

I had to replace my phone since the first one had issues the store tech could not fix. This included trying to charge the battery. Not only does it not stay charged very long, it is hard to charge. I will plug in the charger and it will say "battery full unplug charger" and when the charger is unplugged, it will say the battery is depleted and needs to be charged! The phone has to be restarted to get it to charge! This is happening more and more frequently. Sometimes it starts out successfully charging and ends up switching off because the battery has died! Great thing to have happen in the middle of the night, especially when you use the phone as your alarm clock! I love the keyboard and the display is good. I like the clock and weather functions. Just the battery....bad news....

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, battery charging
