This is my first smartphone, and I have been nothing but pleased with it. With that being said, I think the sound quality of calls could be a little bit better, as it is still a little quiet when not on blue tooth. The performance can be a little slow, but it's in a 3G network, so that might have something to do with it. Other than that, I absolutely love this phone and highly recommend it to others!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color

Dislike Stratosphere, and wish that I never wasted my money. This phone constantly freezes up when plugged into charger, and touch screen locks up. The phone keys blacks out when using the phone; which is good when you are talking to someone. But if you need to turn mute on/off, type in numbers when dealing with automated operators, or when trying to turn on/off speaker. I thought it was just a bad phone, but it has happened to every replacement I have gotten from Verizon. Two of the phones were brand new.
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I finally jumped into the 21st century and got rid of my flip phone; with the assistance of a great sales person I ended up with this phone. I don't quite know how to "really" use it but I'm learning and eventually I think I will be able to utilize half its potential. I wish it came with a bigger and more detailed owner's manual (for those of us less sophisticated types).
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I hate this phone

i am completely frustrated with it. it is far from intuitive, slow to boot, to big to fit in my pocket, picture quality is poor, it syncs with other computers even though i keep trying to set it to not sync, it put every facebook event onto my google calendar and i can't get rid of them, the battery lasts about 4 hours when i'm not using it and about 2 hours when i am using it. the biggest dislike is that it won't lest me answer calls and gives the message that ANDROID HAS STOPPED WORKING AND WILL"force shutdown".
i hate this phone.

Decent smartphone

This is my second Android phone. I like the style and features. Performance is decent, though I had the phone reboot on me once when a call was coming in. It's a bit slippery, so I needed to get a cover. Otherwise a great phone.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight

I loved my stratosphere! This phone is easy to use and has many great features. I call it the woman's version of the android phone! Having a keyboard is great. I couldn't text without it. There is only one drawback. It's not a deterrent but users need to be aware that the screen, when slid out is very fragile. I broke my screen with my thumb while trying to get the back cover off. Other than this the phone is absolutely great! As for battery life, like all android phones, it drains, but there are plenty of features to set to save the battery life.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: fragile screen

For the most part this is ok. My husband and I both have this phone. We have problems with the keypad when trying to enter our password and extensions. The screen goes dark and will not stay on long enough to enter the numbers. Also, after powering off, the phone will continually make a ringing sound. This happens to both phone very frequently. Very frustrating.

LOVE PHONE--HATE LACK OF WIDGETS & PERSONALIZATION

PHONE BODY,SCREEN,BATTERY LIFE ARE AWESOME. BUT SWITCHES OUT OF 4G ALOT. THERE ARE NO USER CONFIGURATIONS FOR FONT COLOR, TOUCHSCREEN SETTINGS & THERE ARE ONLY 5 WIDGETS PRE INSTALLED(NONE USEFULL) & TONS OF PRE LOADED APPS THAT DON'T WANT/NEED THAT YOU CAN'T DELETE.
