Good series but arrived with broken plastic inside

Like the series reason bought it, but when open, the prongs that hold the discs in were all broken up in pieces lose throughout the packaging. The jacket in comes in, was also cracked from the outside too, so very flimsy and cracked damaged packaging. Got other movies, but the Power Rangers ones were the worst this way. Not sure if buying this instore could have prevented the damage or just poorly made?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
