Best Track-pad I have ever used, great screen, and amazingly light. The only thing I can complain about are the ports, not enough of them and micro hdmi is a pain.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, battery life, backlit keyboard, trackpad
Cons: micro hdmi, weak gpu
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros: Lightweight, nice display, slim, good design
Cons: Not adequate hard drive space, no connector included for monitor/projector, Samsung product for attachment to VGA from microHDMI does not work, poorly designed mousepad, inadequate number of USB ports, Outlook crashes for unknown reasons, Samsung Products does not sell any devices to date to support this laptop

terrible wireless product

Samsung has historically had an issue with its wireless antenae. My samsung loses its connection when the microwave turns on. I also am not able to have my baby monitor on. Great design and light weight, but worthless if you plan on being connected.
Cons: Poor quality, terrible wireless reception

other ultrabooks like asus's are doing 1600X900 resolution.
it's time for samsung to make the switch!!

Trackpad Problems

I had a problem with the trackpad as well. After I updated the drivers, it seems to be working now, but I am crossing my fingers.

Awesome laptop if it worked properly. It froze on me on the second day. Holding the power button does not shut it down, so I'm currently waiting for the battery to drain because it is not removable.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slick laptop but lacking completeness in some areas

Great laptop -- versatile, lightweight and easy to carry around and travel with. I have been using it for 3 months now and over time see issues with performance speicifcally in memory consumption. The Solid State drive is very handy though can run out very quickly. The two issues that I see are that the USB 3 compatible USB port is not really compatible with USB 3 devices -- meaning they dont really work and the laptop cannot recognize those devices making that port unusable and leaving me with just one USB port to work with. This is something I will be contacting Samsung to address for my laptop. In addition, the HDMI port seems to not work properly either and when using an HDMI cable, I need to constantly adjust it to get a clear picture.
All in all though a great laptop if you are on the road and need a fast easy machine to use. The touchpad is fantastic and so is the display.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, usb 3 does not work

Thin, light, and fast

having owned 3 Sony z series Laptops I am not willing to settle for compromises, I like having the power of my desktop at my finger tips. I noticed this computer back in February and have been keeping my eyes on it, I also do not want to buy a orphan product. In my opinion it has now reached main stream without costing through the roof. it has everything I need. speed, weight, and all the features that make living on the road necessary without the ones I never use like a optical drive.. everything is digital I hate carrying extra weight with out a need..
