Worst refrigerator we have ever owned.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) No stars (negative stars) We purchased this refrigerator in Sept 2013. We are on the third ice maker. It still only makes six little cubes every two hours. Water is now leaking from under the unit and has ruined our wood floor. The ice maker is in the door and is extremely noisy. The shelves are not adjustable and are poorly arranged. The only good thing about the ice maker in the door is that it gives more room in the freezer, so you can put in about 6 or 8 ice cube trays in order to have enough ice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using this refridgerator for 4 years, after the first year, all parts start to have problem.first, water dispenser, second, water tube leaks. third, our fresh vegitable start frozen in one day or 2. very disppoint with this brand.

I bought this a month ago and am so happy with it. The other refrigerator was too small for us since we have a garden and need the depth of the drawers. I wish I had bought it 2 years ago when my daughter moved back in. Now it is just two of us and we can still fill the refrigerator up with veggies.

Size is great for our family of five. I enjoy all of the special display features. 1. Not happy with whatever the "stainless steel" surface is made of. There are now rusty marks on it from my magnets. Same magnets that I use on last fridge with no issues, 2. Ice maker is always giving my husband a difficult time, 3. I keep hearing a dripping sound when ice maker fills up. I was told not to worry about it but would not be surprised if we find the door is full of water one of these days.

I am however disappointed in the new Kitchen Aid Dishwasher because it now longer has a handle that matches all of the other Architect Series that I have in my new kitchen. The handle is not white but silver and looks totally out of place. I tried to talk to someone at Kitchen Aid to see if I could get a handle to match all of the other appliances that I have in my new kitchen but I have not gotten anyone to help me with this problem. A silver handle on a white dishwasher looks totally out of place with the other Kitchen Aid appliances that I have. I even tried to exchange it for a Architect 2 series only to be told that they were no longer available. Very disappointed in the look of the new handle. Your question upcoming about whether I would recommend you product is hard for me to answer because although I like the Kitchen Aid products I am disappointed in the new appearance of the new Kitchen Aid Dishwasher Model # KDTE104EWHO. Please let me know if I can get a White handle to match all of the other Kitchen Aid Appliances.

We bought this 3 years ago. Last month the meat/cheese drawer front broke off. There are two small plastic tabs that are supposed to be strong enough to hold it on. One of the tabs broke off, and with only one tab left it was just a matter of time until the other tab broke, taking a corner of the drawer with it. $250 later we have a new drawer coming, except that it's on back order because so many of them have broken.

Bought this for our new home and wish we didn't. It is so loud! Everyone that comes over asks what is wrong with our new refrigerator. To say the least we are extremely disappointed.
