[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range to go with my frig and dishwasher of the same brand. I love it and all the features. Only annoying thing is when I am NOT using convection, the oven fan is on constantly. Also, some chicken soup spilled over and the black stove top is now stained within the paint near that burner. I cleaned it up within the hour and do not understand why it did that.
I love the warming drawer, I have used it alot in the last 4 months since I have purchased it. The front pad is easy to use and I LOVE the burners, especially the most powerful one which I can boil water in just a few minutes. But a note on that- if that burner gets too hot, that nasty oven fan turns on and you have to listen to it for a good 15 minutes. Other than the fan (never had it on my other stove) it is a joy to cook on.
Sorry but black stove top is VERY hard to clean so instead of drying it with paper towels, a clean dish towel works the best after a soapy cloth to make it grease and streak free.

Temperature range on burners are concise and allow a variety of consistent heat sources. Convection oven is fantastic, and probe provides accurate temperature monitoring and control.

Cons: controls do not lock when oven is in use

I have two complaints: 1) it gives off a gas smell more than any other appliance I have owned and 2) When the oven is on, it is constantly clicking and reigniting. From what I have read, it seems to be a common issue, and normal for this range. It is just pretty annoying. It bakes and cooks great though.

The noise of the ignitor and the gas lighting (click, boom) every minute is annoying. It does maintain constant temperature, but there should be a better way to maintain temperature hat has the cycle be less often than every minute. An enhancement would be to have two high performance burners instead of one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of the burners should have been super burners of various sizes or make larger burners overall. Most people cook on more than one large pan at a time but with only one large burner its difficult. Also, the porcelain top is hard to clean and I would like a recommendation as to how to clean it more easily. The touch panel is great. It is super easy to use and the design of this stove is great. The burners need work but all of the features of the oven make it great. Overall, I have found that my KitchenAid products have been far better than the other brands/manufacturers that I have had over the years. Thanks and keep up the good work.
