Also, the touch panel is so very sensitive (when not locked) that sometimes I turn on something if I accidently bump it while using cook top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range 2 months ago, and I am not happy with it. The oven ignition is so loud. I had a technician come out to see it and he said it is suppose to be like that and that there is nothing wrong with the range. In this day and age of quiet appliances, that should just not be! I also bought a KitchenAid refrigerator and a KitchenAid dishwasher. Both work great and are supper quiet. I can hear this range from the other end of the house!
The range also makes the kitchen so hot. Great for the winter, but this will be awful in the summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are NOT professionals BUT I am a serious home baker and we are real cooks; we don't buy appliances for looks. This appliance is powerful and durable - an excellent buy for the price range. The controls are well-placed and mostly easy to use. We haven't used all the features. Only minor complaint - we are going to have recalibrate the oven temp - it's definitely "low". Cleaning the interior-most part of the burners is not easy and currently I am approaching Kitchen Aid about replacing the rings on the biggest burner due to some pre-mature wear. Overall though... highly recommended.
