[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range when moving into a new home. It works great and I have had no problems with it. I really appreciate the child lock feature as my toddlers are always pressing buttons. I always use the power burner and it works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using my new range. I especially like the various sizes of the "burners." The large dual one spreads out the heat under a large pot or pan very nicely .... much better than my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am going back to the store where I purchased this today and am going to ask them to fix this immediately. However if anything else goes wrong I am going to have payment withheld and ask for them to remove and refund my money so I can buy something that works.
Cons: brand new and broken, Broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this a few months ago and we're very happy. Easy to clean, very functionable and has a nice look. So far no complaints. I think you get great value for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW, I am so pleased with all the features on this, obvious the engineers are cooks. From putting in MY temp desired and not guessing to the griddle and warming drawer, what a stove! Really enjoying it and cannot wait for colder weather to get into harvest and holidays. Thank you for such a great appliance, it's wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now love it and starting to use convection feature and used warming drawer for a holiday dinner. However first time I used the broiler I almost burned lamb chops. Now I am used to the different settings such as center broil and adjusting the temperature

Poor Designs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice looking stove and when it's working the oven works well even without the convection option of the more expensive model. However, we already had to have the stove repaired because it wouldn't light properly. The repair person explained the problem had to do with a design issue that Kitchen Aid should probably change. The stove is easy to clean, but the grills get hot right up to the front of the stove, which is scary with kids around, they also have openings that are too large, so smaller pots tend to tip, and they are too far from the flame, so at lot of heat is lost and not transferred to the pot. Our old GE Profile range boiled water much faster without putting out more BTU's.
