Free wi-fi is nice but fine print limits "life of device" to 2 years and amount of free data is fairly small.

I was looking for an Android device with cheap, limited mobile network access.
The Slate 7 4G fills the bill perfectly!
Unit performs well, and comfortable to use. Very happy with the quick recharge time, as it's very quick.
I have been disappointed at the number of Google Play store apps that are incompatible with this device. These must be structured strictly for smart phones, not tablets.
Processor could be a little quicker, a little too much buffering seen on Netflix. (On WiFi)
The screen brightness is excellent. The MyNOAACharts app works great both in the Cape Fear River and the ICW, Wilmington, NC and north. It can easily be read in the sun with just a slight bit of shading. Smart phones were impossible to see in the same environment.
4G has been very handy to use though I really have not wandered from Wilmington area as of yet. I'm hoping for coverage for upcoming road trip north.
Nutshell, very satisfied with the Slate 7 4G and recommend buying it.

frist time using a tablet just luv it have a lot to learn. the case is just great I like how its adjustable so you can get different angles.(f3g88aa#abl).my headphones fit nice&sound great(h7000). I also got the blutooth key board & ilike the key board (e5j21aa#abl) I have big fingers but don`t seem to have trouble with key board on my tablet. I will find out soon how many more I need to purchase for my grandchildren for the up coming school year

This is my 1st Android product & 1st time Google user, so this is a whole new learning curve for me! But of what I do know is, the tablet responds fast, easy to use once I got used to the touch screen as opposed to using a mouse for so many years! I do wish the instructions were more explicit for each product; I would make for less calls to tech for help. I love the fact I can use my wi-fi at home and 4G out & about! This was an amazing deal! Can't wait to learn everything I can do with it! It was a great Birthday gift!

Well, first time I use a tablet as an android and HP brand give me this HP slate android 7 inches 4G and I'm sorprised becuase I didn'n expect was great product and very easy to use it,so is fantastic , many features, well is great tablet.I recomend this product.

The addition of the HD and T-Mobile limited service is great. I found the tablet to be of excellent quality with easy to reach buttons and excellent response. The screen clarity is outstanding and the sound quality with the BEATS software to be superior. The quality of the cameras leave a less than good taste to the operator, but I didn't buy it for the photographic quality. This is a very high quality instrument with an outstanding price.

This is a great little tablet for work. While I have a few mobile devices, most are wifi-only. The HP Slate is terrific especially while I travel since it includes 4G for life. The 200Mb of data is sufficient as I use Wi-Fi when its available. I have no complaints about the Slate.
