I purchased my R2000 printer in March 2012 after much deliberation over which printer would suit my needs best. I decided to upgrade to a larger format printer after my A4 printer gave up the ghost after many years of service.
The quality output of this printer is more than I expected, true colour rendition & superb black & white prints. I am still awed by the clarity of pictures on the A3+ archive paper which is my paper of choice at the moment for printing wildlife & landscape photos.
I was also happy to find how easy the R2000 is to use and the users manual is clear and easy to understand. I have been using Epson Printers and scanners for years and have found them all to be excellent units, I have no reason to believe the R2000 will be any different and look forward to using it for a long time to come.

I was absolutely "gob smacked" with the beautiful quality of the first print from my new Epson Stylus R2000 printer.
After stressing beyond belief with commercial printers I can now submit my photographic competition entries knowing they are exactly how I want them with brilliant, truly representative colours; and the speed was much faster than ever before.

I've had inkjet printers all my life and been reasonably happy with their output. My last R230 epson is an example.
After realising benefits of high resolution pictures and larger prints, i looked at what was available.
Epson is among the top suppliers for reliability , quality etc, however for the quality and price of the R2000, nothing comes close. The other modern day inclusions such as wifi and printing from my android is also much appreciated.

Easy Setup

I'm using Windows 8.1 . Setting up wi-fi was easy and had no problems,surprising how well the install software worked. This is a neat printer and great value for money. This printer is low on noise and high on quality output,it is the best printer I have owned.

A must have for photo printing

A great printer, excellent results.
A few hassles trying to install the printer on a iMac, tried to access the latest software through the app store but no luck. Downloaded the latest drivers from the epson website.
All good now, used a stylus 2100 for 12 years until it 'died'. Hopefully will get the same service from this one.
