We've had the printer for a couple of weeks now. The print quality looks professional. So far we're very pleased. We're interested to see how far the ink goes and looking forward to trying the roll and canvas papers.
Epson needs to walk through the set up instructions and add the missing information. Not a big deal, but it would've simplified the set up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this printer a few weeks. Compared with the R1900 it's much quieter during printing, colors are good, inks are more expensive, and don't seem to last much longer. It's fairly light weight and I've had no problems with it. So far I'm pleased with the prints and look forward to using this printer for years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great support; great printer

The printer I initially received was defective. EPSON support line was fantastic. Knowledgeable reps, with a lot of patience, and apparent genuine desire to help. Couldn't resolve the problem on the phone. EPSON replaced the printer. No hassle. Can't ask for more than that.
Replacement printer is fantastic. Great photo printing. Fantastic colors.
You will like this printer.

This is an outstanding printer that does what it's advertised to do. It prints fast and fairly quietly and the colors are true and vivid. I've used it for several months wirelessly and have never had a problem. Just did a 13"x19" print and it's ready for display. I've had four Epson printers and this is the best so far.

Great first quality printer. Has good vivid resolution prints that are able to manage some of the saturated colors that I have tried to print. There is a greater out of gamut range for more saturated images and a better quality professional printer might be required if need it for that. Good student quality printer that is able to have paper supplier profiles loaded which helps that you do not have to do many custom profiles.

The finishing touch to my digital darkroom.

I've been using my R2000 for over two months now and am very pleased with it. I am a 'hobby' photographer who packed up the darkroom almost two decades ago, but kept the old Nikons working as snapshot cameras, family events, etc. When I retired a few years ago my wife bought me a good digital point and shoot. It was enough camera that I was back taking photos for fun. Got a new Nikon, great camera. Almost Wow. Got the R2000. Now it's WOW, I have my darkroom again. The quality and versatility is outstanding. The R2000 has done an outstanding job with a wide range subjects on an amazing variety of mediums.

Great R2000

I've had my Stylus Photo R2000 for about 3 months, replacing an old Stylus Photo R600. The new printer is faster, more versatile, and provides more perfect color photos. It allows me to set up personal parameters and store them with personal names--a great boon. It also greatly eases printing of accurate color renditions from Photo X4 Pro and Adobe photo programs--problems I have had before. Wireless mode was set up easily, the only problem being that the ink cartridge monitor is blocked by a fire wall (otherwise, 2-way communication is all right). Ergo, I monitor the status of the color cartridges via a USB2 port periodically.

Outstanding print quality. The R2000 has the best black and white I have seen from an ink jet printer. The color printing is just as impressive.
It did have a few things I didn't like. The paper guide is inadequate on the top feed and causes the paper to fan out. I do not know how accurate the low ink warning is and once you are warned, you can no longer print.
