I have had this printer for a couple of months now and I am very pleased with it. I have owned several Epson printers and this is the best one yet. I like the larger ink capacity cartridges. The prints are exceptional.

Very quiet machine, great output

This was an upgrade to our R1800, which perfomed very well for about 5 years. The R2000 though is very quiet, and produces crisp detail. While the manuals and sales people will all say the inks are high capacity, they still go down quite a bit if you have extensive and large format pictures and graphics, which I guess is to be expected. Highly recommended though, expecially if you are looking to upgrade an older Epson, but aren't yet ready to shell out for one of the high-end pro models. This is used for business, and am completely satisfied.

Epson Stylus Photo R2000

My second printer after nine years. The manual needs some improvement to help us nontechies. I had to call a tech to set up the wireless. The virus protection had blocked the setup.

Well...I have owned 1 R1800, 2 R1900s and this is my first R2000. This is my first full day using it and so far I am impressed! It is side by side with my R1900 and it is winning the envelope printing race. A bit faster but the best part is it is feeding the envelopes without hesitation or sticking! The print and color quality is great. So far so great!! I will need to work out settings because there is a little more detail than with the other printers, but Epson is a great product and I don't anticipate any issues figuring it all out.

Great Printer!

The R2000 is the latest and best in a series of great Epson printers I've owned. It's fast, quiet and the profiles that came with it are dead on. (At least, the profile for Epson Premium Luster Paper -which is the only paper I generally use - is an exact match with the profile for that paper and the R2000 that I created using the X-Rite ColorMunki.) Test prints made with the two different profiles are an exact match. As a retired RIT-trained color photographer and leader of a camera club, I do a great deal of Photoshop editing and printing for others. I'm extremely fussy about color accuracy and with the R2000 I have just that. No more test prints needed!

I have used many of other company's printers before as an artist. So many regrets were following after my old decision. This is my first Epson printer and it is just outstanding!! As long as you follow the instruction and use the right paper, this printer will take care of everything else for you. Magnificent details and performance!! 5stars out of five.

A great printer but it needs to be used on a regular basis. We ruined an older model R1800 becasue we didn't use it for over a year. We make sure we "pump" out a photo on the R2000 at least once a month. It's an absolutely great printer if you use quality paper with it. We get a lot of compliments on our photos with this printer. With 2 other great printers in the house, we just have to make sure we use this one a least once a month.
