I really love the quality of work this printer produces. It was well worth the money. Ink is expensive though. What ink isn't I guess.

I have a really great experience to use this one. However, it is not easy to get one. Epson check everything when I bought it. So, I am satisfied with the printer.

R2000 photo inkjet printer-definitely a keeper

I have had more techincally demanding Epson inkjet photos printers before, most recently a R2880. I like the R2000 photo printer - the ink set costs a little less than the R2880 set and the inks do last longer. They install the same way that the inks for the R2880 did. The initial setup for the printer was similar to that for the R2880, but not the same. Be sure to read and follow each step in the setup instructions. Do not rely on intuition. Do not connect up the computer until the time for it. The printer is 13 inches wide and the paper loads in a vertical position so you could make a very large print but not a poster. You would probably not want to use your ink this way, but you could. I make mostly 5x7 inch prints on 8.5x11 inch paper so that I get a built-in border. I have made 8x10 inch and 4x6 inch prints as well without any problem. I do have printing software and this helps a lot in using the printer to get the results that I expect. I have not tried its button for Wi-Fi since I do not do Wi-Fi but I'm sure that We-Fi would work. I think this is more for a laptop than for a desktop. I have an iMac and have had Apple products since 1982. I would buy this printer again.

I have not had this printer long but I have had the r1900 and the r1800 and this is by far a much better printer. I use this printer for my fine artwork prints and it is AWESOME! It can handle heavy papers and the colors are bright and accurate. The ink wells hold tons of ink too. I would highly recommend this printer!
