I have owned several others photo printers and I will have to tell everybody that this is the best photo printer ever. I am sold on Epson from now on.

great printer. this has to be the best printer that i have purchased from epson. hands down. i have owned numerous epson printers in the past and this by far the best i have ever owned. well worth the money and the rebate. no complaints.

First let me say that I am using Mac Snow Leopard, PSE9 and Canon Rebel T3i camera. Set-up was a breeze. This printer is massive, but prints so quietly you can barely hear it...outstanding service from Epson tech support. However -- the prints were all blurry and darker than what was in PSE - not sharp and crisp at all. Even after spending an hour with tech support we could not get them right. They looked NOTHING like the gorgeous photos that were on my PSE screen. I've spent 2 days trying every different setting imaginable and it's just not printing crisp photos. Will have to return it (sadly - it is a beautiful piece of machinery) and contemplate which one to get next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Paper Pick-Up

The printer seems to be working beautifully with respect to the color and print quality. However, when I print multiple copies, the paper feed often picks up 2 sheets at a time which is aggravating and slows me down. How can this be fixed?

Still working on getting it set up. Documentation is not complete. Maybe I will give a better review once I see it actually print something.

The Paper Shop

We purchased an upgraded printer 3880 and it is no where near as good as this printer R2000. The R2000 is user friendly and will print wonderfully with Mountain Cow graphics and imprintables from various vendors.
We are hoping we can get credit towards another one by trading in the brand new 3880.
