I don't want to spend 10 minutes to write a review, so to keep it short, this printer is amazing, value defeats its price!

Great Printer At A Great Price

I really took my time and against all my manly instincts, I read through the Quick Start Guide before doing anything. Then, went back and followed directions...in order.
I had zero issues getting set up via my wireless network.
This is my first, large format, photo printer, so I'm pretty excited. While I'm still tweaking some photos, I'm very pleased with the IQ.
I'm using Epson paper, so all ICC's were pre-loaded. At this point, I have no reason to try any other paper. I haven't gotten my hands on any Luster yet, which is supposed to be great on this particular printer.
Nothing really to say other than it works great so far and does what it should.
One thing to mention, that I've never seen in another review is the quiet operation. I've got mine in a room next to my littlest one's room. I can work late in another part of the house and have it print with no worries that she'll wake up. That's a nice bonus.

R2000 masterful

This printer is pulling me into a higher level of image
making. I am new to this area and have needed to call technical support. They were wonderful, skillful and patient. I highly recommend this product...by the way, the printing is gorgeous.

Epson Stylus Photo R2000 - THE BEST!

This is by far the best photo printer I have used. The quality of the photos is outstanding. Photos are crisp and clear. My only regret is not having had this printer for the years I've been printing much poorer quality photos using other printers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

R2000 Photo printer

Less about the printer more about Epson.
We all know that Epson products are class leaders.
But praise must also go to their aftercare support teams.
After purchasing the R2000 the startup disc supplied with the printer unfortunately didn't support my operating system (Mac OSX Lion) and i was unable to connect the printer to my computer wirelessly as intended, despite various web searchs leading me down the garden path i was unable to resolve the problem. (Note*USB connection not a problem).
However after contacting Epson support team via Chat, they worked tirelessly to resolve the wireless connection issue ultimately resulting in a call from the Epson team and 45mins later a solution was found.
Due to the R2000 being a new product in the UK, i believe i was a gineapig Mac/OS Lion wise.
But because of the First Class support Epson offer i'm one happy bunny and will recommend Epson without hesitation "Good Work".

After months and months of reviewing and researching wide format printers. I decided on the Epson r2000. It's is amazing. It was the easiest set up of a printer to computer I have ever encountered. Printed out a photo and the picture came out fast and looked awesome. I can't say enough about this amazing printer.

Well everything works great. Im happy with my prints and the menu for improving print quality, I have lots of low pixel pictures. I'm using "Picture it 10" on windows 7, pc . I do have adobe but I'm only printing my large format prints with it. The Picture It editting is simpler to use. I do have one complaint. It most likely my fault for buying this style of printer. I'm doing lots of colorful artwork prints, and it uses lots of blue (cyan) in-compare to the other colors. I do seem to have lots of water and sky in my artwork.

This printer gets a better color gamut with the extra red and orange inks but the cartridges are twice as expensive as the Stylus Photo 2200 for the same amount of ink. The heavy paper feed is not functional with a hand cut edge on the paper. It needed a commercial cut edge. So saving paper from a big sheet is very difficult when re-feeding the paper after cutting off the printed part.
