Best Color & Clean Separation

The R2000 has the most vivid color and best separation I have ever used. The carts are manageable for price and last surprisingly long. Adapts to multiple papers (I do not use Epson stock) easily with profiles.
The only down side is black and white printing, though this particular machine does not identify as a B&W printer and is far better for color prints.

I have been using the R2000 for a month now and love the results I have been getting. The set up was fast and I use the wi-fi feature for my printing. With a calibrated monitor and profiles for Red River Paper, the results have been fantastic! Awesome printer, especially for the price.

This printer produces professional quality prints but like ALL quality printers it is too fond of ink which is expensive.

The ultimate printer for scrapbookers. Wide format handles 12x12 paper with ease. Color photos are perfect - the colors are rich and vibrant. Having the wireless feature allows me to surf the web in my armchair, and print to my craft room. So happy I purchased this product. Would recommend to anyone who needs a wide format printer.

I purchased the R2000 for printing personal photos of varioust types. I have 3 computers; an IMac, HP desktop and a HP laptop. I loaded the IMac and laptop wirelesslty and the desktop by hard wire to my network. All three came up with no issues. Printed from all 3. Up and operating in less than an hour once all the packing was removed.

A good printer that replaced my r1800's. The cost is much higher as the ink carts are the same capacity and cost 50% more. The most irritating feature is the gloss optimizer which should be eliminated. I turn it off and still have to replace the cart from time to time. I print over 5000 81/2x11 a year and many other larger prints too.

Had no trouble setting it up and running regular prints. There is a lot of capability here, and I will be exploring it during the next few weeks. I set it up on a Windows PC using a USB port, then printed directly from Windows Picture and Fax viewer. Printer setup had presets for vivid color and I selected the paper and landscape mode, and slower printing for better photo appearance. Just beautiful, and this is without any optimization! An excellent value, too. It prints very quietly and when done I can close the trays and covers, and internal parts are protected from dust. Still I intend to put some sort of cover over it. Next, I need to buy a spare set of ink cartridges (9) and better photo paper. My plan at the moment is to do a lot of 11x17 printing, but you never know. The 13x42 panorama print mode also looks interesting but it might be a while before I try it.
