Love this product, controls are situated perfectly, user friendly and quiet.It has everything one needs. It washes and drys perfectly the first time.Love love this product and I personally recommend it to everyone. My first washer and dryer that I own is 8years old and still work very well!!Love the design and practicality!!!

Excellent Product, Value and Service

This unit replace a 12 year old Whirlpool that still worked but squealed a lot and well used. The new unit was delivered when promised, brand new in the box free and with no problems. The only problem was to have to change the direction of the door swing, which was not detailed in the users manual. Another Whirlpool instruction manual had to be located on the internet (free). The dryer works very well and my wife is pleased. We also have a Whirlpool front loading washer we purchased a few years back to replace the one we had for 10 years. Both appliances are used daily and are reliable.

Nicely designed storage but the freezer temperatures fluctuate too much. One time the ice cream can be rock hard and the next time it can be like soft custard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our old dryer was taking longer and longer to dry a load of laundry so we decided to check out a more effecient style. We love our new dryer. It dries loads in half the time that our prior dryer did and the clothes are seldom wrinkled. We're so glad we purchased this dryer.

I was living with 80's era Maytag top loader washer and front loader dryer for the last 20 years. The dryer never really worked well, and was wearing out my clothes because it ran so long due to not getting hot enough. A true energy waster. I shopped around a lot before deciding on the Whilrpool set. There are a lot of optional settings, which I almost never use. It's just set on Normal. I put in the clothes, empty the lint filter and press Start. Voila. It just works. No complaints. I hopt it lasts as long as the Maytags. Those were BUILT, if you know what I mean. Solid. These new units have thinner sheet metal and have electronics inside. More stuff to go wrong. My appliance repairman says the Whirlpools are pretty good, so I have my fingers crossed.
