Received bike a month ago. It rides fine and smooth, though a tad squeaky on pedal rotations, and the electronic time/ distance tracker works. Overall, I'm enjoying it. However, my first action "on the bike" after arrival was to call for new parts. Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. First, the plastic sleeve lining the handle bar column shaft was cracked and a piece broken off. It took us a bit to diagnose why we couldn't insert the adjustable handles because the dark brown sleeve had slipped down into the shaft. With a screw driver and hammer we finally popped it out and later found the cracked piece lying in the box. Perplexing as to how this even happened. It is now replaced and working. Like other reviews, there is a little wiggle in the column. Not a big deal, but could be better with a better sleeve.
Second, the resistance pad is not fully centered atop the fly wheel. It should be. No excuses. I haven't figured out how to use a pliers and bend the metal to adjust it. Unhappy with that misalignment.
It seems that quality inspections are not being done on the product before shipment or they are and the quality of that is lacking. No matter what you pay for something, you expect it to be delivered whole, not with broken parts and misalignments. Some improvements required.
