Great rice

I have had two of this model in the past. Always perfect rice, nothing burnt at the bottom. Nothing stuck to the bottom. Great and fluffy rice. When I was in university, this was my main cooking tool. Chicken, pasta, vegetables, cake, anything that is not too thick to cook. Nowadays, I mainly use for rice, quinoa, potstickers, oatmeal and sometimes vegetables. If you know how to work a rice cooker, then it can be a flexible tool, where you can just turn it on and go do other things. You don't have to keep watch over it.
I don't use the steamer basket very often because it is made of plastic but it works really well to cook veges and rice at the same time, so you don't even need to use a pan. After veges are cooked, take it out, then add oil and seasoning.

This is an awesome rice cooker! I have used it for five years and have no issues. Do you want rice made the way that you like it with minimal hassle, then this is your cooker! Enjoy, you won't be disappointed.

Good basic rice cooker

This is the 2nd one I bought, the last one lasted about 5 years when I noticed the coating began to wear off so I bought a new one. The coating of the new one is different from the previous one, hope it lasts. This is a basic rice cooker with no fancy functions like the more expensive ones but that's what I like it as I only need it to cook rice and nothing more. I am happy with its performance.

The service at Best Buy is great. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable too. Didn't have any issues getting a new rice cooker. The first one had a problem with the plug, that's all. Picking the new one tomorrow. Keep up with the good work, very friendly staff 👏
