I traded in an old 3600 model that was still in fine running order (GREAT Reliability and LONG life) and I purchased a 500 Pro. The specific settings and the unique design of the containers make for perfect results everytime. I debated for quite a long time before making the switch and I am so glad I did. I purchased a Reconditioned blender and could not be more happy with it! It looks brand spanking new and totally exceeds my expectations. I have owned several different blenders over the years and this is the best by far

I recently purchased the Professional Series 500 Vitamix and I absolutely love it! I bought it primarily for smoothies but have used it for much more. It is such a work horse and is a breeze to clean up. I've tried so many other brands of blenders but none compare to the Vitamix. Highly recommend!

Love my Vitamix S500 as it's small enough to fit into my tiny kitchen, yet able to perform the services that I need such as blending for baking as well as making smoothies, soups and frozen desserts. I've had my Vitamix for a couple of months now and I love it. I put a lot of broccoli and cauliflower in my smoothies and with my last blender more often than not I was chewing my smoothies. Not good. No matter what I put in my Vitamix my green smoothies always turn out smooth and well blended.

Odors easy fix

I got a Vitamix 6500 last Friday, made the tortilla soup and noticed the garlic smell after cleaning. First thing I did was get the container wet and sprinkle baking soda in it and let it set for while, rinsed it and odor gone like magic!
