This is my first nexus phone and my first LG phone, I couldn't be any happier, LG should build every nexus phone. I will never buy any phone but nexus phones again and I will always buy LG phones, my wife now has the LG G2 because my LG is such a quality phone. I can't find and reason to knit pic at the nexus 5 or LG or even the G2 for that matter. LG and nexus is like peanut butter and chocolate, perfect.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, amazing, fast, flawless

Best phone I've ever owned!

...and I've owned a ton of Android phones (OG Droid, Droid X, Thunderbolt, Rezound, Galaxy Note 2). I love the look and feel of this phone, the "just right" screen size, the smoothness of everything, the fact that it gets prompt updates straight from Google, and most importantly, a reasonable off-contract price for a phone that will allow you to take it with you to (virtually) any carrier. No complaints here, and now I'm a Nexus-man for life!

The Nexus 5 is the essence of Android. Easy to set up, intuitive to use, highly customizable. Great battery endurance. Camera has been moved up to an acceptable performance level based on the recent firmware upgrade (12/2013).
The only shortfall is the lack of a micro-SD port. I feel that this an essential feature for any high end phone. Hopefully the Nexus 6 will permit users to add their own external memory...
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, kitkat, full hd display

Best bang for the buck

The Nexus 5 was never a product that I thought I would like as much as I did. I like the build quality except on the white the glossy sides aren't very nice feeling. The screen is the usual from LG nothing short of amazing. The camera has very good colors and isn't slow after a update to the software. Battery life is great even thought it has a small pack. The speakers are not very good but LG doesn't usually have great speakers, they are all right though and have good volume. Overall I think that the LG nexus 5 is a great product.

Worst Phone I Have Ever Owned
on November 18, 2014

I am a tech-savvy user. I have owned many different high end android phones over the years. I work in IT Support and I am my social network's go to guy for advice. (for background). This is the worst phone I have ever owned. It constantly freezes up on me. There are apps from the app store that, at random, it won't let me uninstall. It reboots itself at least once per day. This is already the replacement phone and I am experiencing the same problems as the first phone. If it wasn't for a business account contract, I would toss this phone in the trash.
Pros: failure

LG G3 has great features but lacks build quality.

I've had this phone for 5 months now, i switched from the G2 to the G3. i absolutely loved my G2. It was solid, fast, never had any software issues, and i loved all the features it presented. When i switched to the G3, i was a little disappointed. It ran slower than my G2, and due to the removable battery and back cover, it didn't feel very solid. As you take the back cover off of the phone more and more often, the phone starts to make noises like the product is ready to fall apart, and since this phone has never been dropped and has always had a case on it, makes me nervous. Also, once i received the phone, there had been little white spots in areas of my screen, it looks like dead pixels or maybe burn areas in my screen like the phone has previously been used.
The Quad HD display is nice, but you cant really tell any difference from the G2. One feature that has been upgraded from the G2 that I absolutely love, is the laser auto focus. It allows you to take pictures in a split second with amazing quality. Overall, if you have the G2, and want to upgrade to the G3, I would not recommend it. It does have new, upgraded features, but I found that the cons of this phone outweigh the pros.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings

Great phone and it is definitely smart!

I've been happy with this phone since last December. This phone quickly performs multiple tasks without a hitch, it is comfortable in hand, the resolution is stunning, the colors are vibrant. I was initially apprehensive since there were reviews of the poor build quality; but I've, regrettably, dropped the phone multiple times on hard surfaces from waist height, and the phone has held up very well--there are no noticeable scratches or scuffs, the screen is definitely still intact and functioning beautifully.
