I give it a five star because this skillet is so helpful, which solved our breakfast issue. Every day in the morning, I preheat the skillet, put egg ring on the cook surface, put egg in it; cook ham, and toast English at the same time, within 10 minutes, we have our warm, healthy and fast breakfast. Wash the cook surface just need 1 minute, warm soapy water, sponge, Done. Love this product and happy to recommend to friends.

Purchased this product not even a year ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND glass lid is very heavy terrible to clean, cord is way to short, chipping around the edges of pan not none stick, hot spots doesn't cook evenly. Turning heat up burns everything, down takes forever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
