Game could use a "code" card

My kid is totally capable of playing the game, but it would certainly be easier if there were a few "code" cards included with the game that showed the Special Cards with a short title. It's too difficult for a young one to remember all the special cards and their meanings. The game is really fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love uno, and I love teaching my kids how to play. The game itself is super fun but after playing this a bit I definitely prefer the original version. The kids prefer the original as well. This one is definitely fun to play to change things up though! The only downfall is when you want to play and are out of batteries, the machine won't work. The buzz is also loud and disturbs the baby. If you're playing this as a family game night game and can deal with the noise and have batteries on hand, definitely a great game to have on hand for something different!
Pros: High quality

Love the game - every version of it! Our kids love playing and now our grandkids. Yes there is the problem with the cards wearing out or the launchers not working properly but that is what happens when you play for hours like we do. Like people in some of the other reviews, we would like to be able to purchase refill decks without having to call customer service. Last I saw on here (many moons ago), the refill decks for the orginal UNO Attack were only $4.97 plus s&h. Hopefully it's still the same!

Fun but

We have had the game for a few months. We love it its fun but the cards are getting worn and not coming out right. The replacement cards are more expensive than the game and cards themselves. How does that work. I mean if you like the game i guess you could buy a new game when the cards wear out and end up with four or five card spitting machines

FUN!

I loved UNO as a kid and I play it now and my kids love it too. So with my kids being Uno enthusiast they wanted this UNO Attack Game for Christmas. I found it here online and we all love it. It takes UNO to another level and makes the already fun game even more fun. You get the launcher and 112 cards - the unit takes 3 C batteries and those are NOT included. This simple addition really adds a whole new level of fun to UNO - this game is officially apart of our family game picks.
Playing UNO Attack is really easy the the printed rules are as simple and straight-forward like the original UNO. All you do is push the launcher button on the shooter if you cannot match the card in the discard pile with a card from your deck. You're lucky if nothing comes out of the attack shooter. If you're not lucky, the attack shooter will fire out a stream of UNO Attack! cards. The shooter makes a variety of sounds to further increase the excitement of the game. As the game builds to a dramatic finish, don’t forget the magic words when a single card remains in a player’s hand…UNO!

Older machine worked much better

We bought the original Uno attack and it lasted about 10 years. We bought this new one 2 weeks ago and it stopped working. We changed the batteries and check it over and over and couldn't get it to work again. Bring back the old game, please we like the cards better also,.

Love it but.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my little brother and I love this game and we play it all the time. He is 16 years younger than I am. It is a game that we both enjoy and can play for hours. When I was younger I had the original uno attack game ( maybe having it 10ish years) and we sadly had to get it replaced last summer. This new uno attack we have had a year and it is already broken. It will only shoot out 1-2 cards out at times and sometimes hitting several time in a row and still get none. After changing the batteries and cleaning it. I started to do some research about the problem to see if I could fix it. I have found that this is a common issue for the new uno attack. I dont want to waste my money on getting a new uno attack if this will keep happening.
My brother and I love this game! We always have so much fun playing but we have slowly stopped playing because it isn't working anymore.

Uno Attack

Love the game! We play as couples against each other and have worn out six machines. We play every week and track all our scores and love to review the statistics. Biggest complaint we have is No Replacement Cards! It seems as though Mattel wants to sell just the machines. It is hard to justify the price of a new machine just to get new cards.
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: no replacement cards
